Warranty & Repair Submissions

For all warranty and repair submissions we request that you follow the instructions provided here.

The delivery cost to our offices will be covered by the customer and Awesome Tools will cover the costs of return delivery.

Online orders

Awesome Tools delivers to virtually any address in South Africa.

Our preferred method of delivery is via our courier company who will only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. We require that each and every delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items (generally between 2 and 5 working days).
We do not deliver to addresses outside Southern Africa.

Free delivery is available on all online purchases over R750. Anything under R750 will incur a R100 courier fee.

Where can I find information about my order?

Email notifications will be sent as your order is processed within the Awesome Tools warehouse. Once dispatched for delivery via courier please email Awesome Tools via trackingnumbers@awesometools.co.za and your tracking number along with instructions will be provided.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

In your return package, please write legibly and include the following information:

  • Your name & ID Number
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Return address
  • A brief description of all the problems
  • Your cash slip/invoice showing the purchase

You are responsible for shipping costs to The Service Centre. When you return a product be sure to use an insured shipping method. The Service Centre cannot be responsible for items that do not reach The Service Centre.

Postal Strike: We have been informed by the Post Office, that there is a looming Postal Strike. Where possible please do not send any returns via the Post Office until further notice. 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.awesometools.co.za because the item you received is either damaged, or as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) please contact us. Awesome Tools will send its couriers to collect the damaged/incorrect product, at the company’s own cost, and resend you the faultless/correct product in return.
