Handle:
The mythical tree of the Mediterranean ! This hard wood has a yellow to orange appearance and has a dense and often tortuous veining. Soft to the touch it has a nice polish. The handle is varnished to protect it from moisture and dirt.

X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.
Blade hardness 56-57 HRC

Care

Hand wash only. Do not immerse your knife in water, as this could warp the wooden handle. Dry the blade before closing.
